PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - Will incur a 50% surcharge

I can paint 10-12 faces per hour, depending on the complexity of the designs chosen and how cooperative the people being painted are.  Extra time will be required if Glitter Tattoos and/or Balloons are to be done as well.  Please consider this when making your booking so no one is disappointed.


MINIMUM TIMEFRAMES

1 Hour - within 10km
1.5 Hours - further than 10km up to 30km
2 Hours - further than 30km up to 50km
3 Hours - further than 50km

A travel surcharge of $10 will apply for events further than 40km from my HQ on the Southside of Brisbane (Sunshine Coast as of October 2017).


CHARACTER / COSTUME

Unless I have been asked otherwise, I will attend your party dressed in colourful clothing. 
For corporate events I have black business style attire if preferred.

I can come dressed as one of the following characters for an additional $20 -
Fairy
Pirate (April - September)
Wonder Woman
Bat Girl
Witch


BOOKINGS
I operate every day
After taking a verbal or written booking, a deposit of $50 will be required to reserve your day and time which will then be deducted from the total cost of your booking . This can be paid to me by direct deposit into my bank account, with the details being forwarded to you by email with your tentative booking.  If you don’t have access to internet banking, other options are available by arrangement. 

Please note that failure to pay a deposit or contact me within 4 days of making your tentative booking may mean that your day/time will be re-opened for new clients.

An invoice showing the balance owing will be forwarded to you in the week before your party. Payment of this will be required either by direct deposit (cleared funds) before your event, or you can pay me (correct cash) on the day of the party/function.  This may be requested before I commence painting if I need to make a quick get away to make it in time for my next booking!

For corporate payments, I will accept a cheque for the full invoice amount prior to your function. I will require that payment by this method be made well in advance so I can bank your payment and have cleared funds before I commence work.

Cancellations made prior to 72 hours before the function will have the booking fee refunded.  
Less than 72 hours and the booking fee will be forfeited.


ON THE DAY

I always aim to arrive at my jobs with plenty of time to set up and begin painting at the time arranged. Please note that I start my clock when I begin painting.

I will bring all the equipment I need including my own table and chair. All I ask for is a flat surface to work on which provides adequate shade and/or comfort eg. not in the rain or full sun.

EVENTS IN PARKS - I allow 15 minutes to carry my gear to your location and set up in time for your booking.  Please note that in any instance where I am unable to find close parking and set up within 15 minutes, any extra time taken will come off your booking time.


OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

I have Public Liability Insurance to the value of $20 million to cover any unforeseen incidences.

I have Blue Card which the Child Protection Agency requires for people working with children.

I use professional cosmetic grade paints and products which are specifically formulated for painting on the skin. They can be removed with soap and water. Any faint colour left on the skin after this will wash off after another bath or so.  Please ensure that I am advised of any skin sensitivity so that a test patch can be done prior to painting.

Hygiene and Safety are extremely important to me and I reserve the right to refuse to paint anyone that has contagious skin conditions or who appears to be sick. This ensures the safety not only of myself, but to anyone else whom I will be painting.

Payment of a deposit indicates that you have read and agree to all the above 
Terms and Conditions.
